2. Driver was excellent. Well mannered, polite courteous and did a great job.
3. Confusion with all your emails about who the driver who will pick us up will be. The last email gave me a different driver than the one who came. The one who came was the one I had his phone and I am glad that I didn't see the email with the driver change as it would have created a problem.
4. I tipped the driver already 5 pounds. You should indicate that I could have done this later."

"IT appears the driver didn't know about the pick up until 6.30am, so because of this, the driver arrived late. By then, the passenger had already an alternative journey to work.
The driver was 45 minutes late.
