"The driver was accommodating and waited for me, as my luggage was delayed. Driver had a Pruis, which was acceptable. Personally, I prefer a meet and greet inside the airport building, especially if it is the first time I arrive at an airport. As an international visit, I do not have access to data to communicate on the website with the driver. Therefore prefer a SMS service. "
