"Im so annoyed and disappointed, id planned ahead and booked this some time ago and paid upfront. My Manager was booked for collection at 16.30pm and nothing turned up, we had to call Airport Win Cars to find out where they were, they'd not attempted to call Enric directly. They then told him they were delayed 45 mins (so 1715pm) nothing turned up, we called them again and they said at that stage they wouldn't be there until 18.20pm!!! totally unacceptable. So we had to cancel the car and order a local cab to take him to LHR and pay again. So please ensure that this booking is refunded. I use you guys a lot and at the moment im highly unlikely to use you again. Small saving grace is that Enric did not have a flight to catch until early hours tomorrow! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! and Airport Win Cars are not a good representation for Taxicode!! I hope to hear from you by email. thanks Jo"
