"The driver could not find my address which led to me missing my train. So I paid for a taxi which never arrived, I paid for a train ticket which is missed because of you and I had to pay for petrol for my friend to drive me to heathrow. This is seriously unacceptable and I demand a full refund plus compensation for the train ticket and petrol costs."

Driver assisted with baggage and we had a smooth ride home. Would definitely use company again. Well worth the price. "

Luckily a friend was able to drive me to the station with all my luggage or I would have missed the train. The taxi journey cost me £19 and was paid for in advance . I would like a full refund as I received no service whatsoever"
